What does Kailua United Methodist Church believe in and stand for? We believe first and foremost in the grace of God through Jesus Christ--unconditional love that is everlasting. We have many theological perspectives in our congregation, so that healthy dialogue can take place. We are grounded in the Holy Scriptures and consider them to be authoritive for faith and practice. We believe that the purpose for God's people is to be a loving community in mutual servanthood.
What is the worship service like? We currently worship at 9:30 a.m. Click here for more details.
What's the congregation like? We are a multi-ethnic, multi-generational church. Our average attendance is about 225 per week. We have a good mix of longterm residents and short-term residents.
How shall I dress? Dress comfortably and casually. Most people come in aloha wear.
What is available for children and youth? Quality infant/toddler and Sunday School are available. We have an active youth group that meets on Sunday afternoons.
